How to Purchase Credits
Credits become available at
the Mile High Wetland Bank ("Bank") on a phased basis as intermediate
performance milestones are met. Therefore, a limited number will be available each year.  Credits are offered on a
first-come, first-serve basis, or by advance reservation with appropriate security. Both
public and private development interests are invited to inquire.
If you are interested in
purchasing credits from the Bank, either as the permittee or an agent, please call in
advance regarding price and availability. Regulatory approval regarding the
appropriateness of using banked credits should be gained before the sale transaction is
complete. Upon execution of the sale, a certificate of utilization will be issued to the
purchaser. This certificate will, in turn, be furnished to the regulatory authority to
verify the completed transaction and satisfaction of the permittee’s mitigation
requirement.
