Primary Service Area
The Bank’s primary service area
includes all of the Middle South Platte River drainage basin extending from 6,000’
feet in elevation downstream to Fort Morgan. Also included are portions of the Upper South
Platte River and Clear Creek drainage basins below 6,000’ in elevation. See the
following graphic illustration of the service area as well as the listings of specific
counties and USGS quadrangles that coincide with the service area. Impacts occurring
within the primary service area can purchase credits at a one to one ratio.
Secondary
Service Area
All tributary basins to the
South Platte River form the secondary service area of the Bank. Impacts occurring within
the secondary service area can purchase credits at a 1.5 to 1.0 ratio. The
map for the secondary service area is broken into two sections - Easten Half and
Western Half. Choose either Eastern
Half or Western Half for the specific map.
